mental issues.......................many in the land of the free, home of the brave have mental issues.
a sane person only has to look on the telly at the tea partyiers – looks like a french revolution mob, have you read some of the signs? KILL is prominently displayed.
or how about morons strutting around the coffee shop or even a church with guns on hips and rifles over their shoulders [loaded of course]– because they can!
listen to loony limbaugh, brainless beck, the air head of alaska - palin, hater hannity, etc, Fox “news” and assorted talking heads – they make literally millions of dollars [and have no social responsibility], by spewing out lies, utter nonsense and calls for armed insurrection.
so someone with easy access to guns n ammo is simply carrying out exhortations they hear and see on a daily basis.....................................situation normal.

Ha, ha – the only requirement for getting a gun/s is that you are breathing and can pay for it. 
AND – never forget - The Second Amendment (Amendment II) to the United States Constitution is the part of the United States Bill of Rights that protects the right of the people to keep and bear arms. 
It was adopted on December 15, 1791, along with the rest of the Bill of Rights.
Probably in 1791 most citizens had some common sense and had the ability to separate fantasy and reality – appears many citizens in 2011 don’t.
I expect shootings and explosions will continue as usual; it’s just part of the rich panoply of life in the USA – land of extremes.

My niece lives about a mile from the scene, as did my sister until a couple of months ago until she moved across town.  It's an upmarket area - big big houses. So the moron who did it "may have mental issues"? That should go without saying, and one presumes he had no difficulty getting a gun, and not up a back alley, no questions asked.
