Youtube don't care who you send it to, but some recipients, eg, BITlist, will have other ideas. It is possible for a member of BITlist to send a Youtube URL without sending it direct from the Youtube facility, and in that case, I imagine, there would be no problem.  I recollect a fair number of such being received by me.
