            an oil shortage here in our  country.**

            **Coastal  Florida**
            **~~~**
            **Coastal Louisiana**
            **~~~**
            **North  Dakota**
            **~~~**
            **Wyoming**
            **~~~**
            **Colorado**
            **~~~**
            **Kansas**
            **~~~**
            **Oklahoma**
            **~~~**
            **Pennsylvania**
            **And**
            **Texas**

            **Our dipsticks are located  in Washington DC*
