So .... four small UK minesweepers on patrol in the Gulf.  Taking a line through present government policy, that comes to three and a bit, let's say three, once the cuts set in. Either that, of four with 70% staff.  And, here's the important bit - efficiency will NOT be compromised - we are committed to the protection of, etc, etc, etc, blah, blah.
