this fucking clown was kicked out of office about 2 years ago, and as mayor, left new orleans in shambles.
quite a few in his administration have already been jailed for bribery, corruption, etc. and there are more to come.
regrettably, total incompetence does not appear to be an indictable offence, otherwise nagin would be under the jail by now, not in it!
he has gone – so I’m staying....
