Wow !! - and (as far as could see) he had shaved. Remind me again why they 
were invited.  Janet - by then she had wearied of the post wedding chitchat 
from a group in the studio - summoned me to ask if a walk would be out of 
the question.  Just then, one of those paid for talking mince uttered the 
words that have become a cliche of this whole bloody circus - "Kate 
Middleton, future queen of England."  That won't do Alex Salmond any harm in 
next week's election.
