Colin,

Are they talking about the burqa or just the veil?  I've no problem with veils - a petite lady in IKEA one day was turning heads as she sailed along clad in a pale blue outfit with a veil no more opaque than the ones fashionably dressed  women used to wear around here. And does this mean a man can wear it?  And how will they tell the sex?  The objection to the burqa is that it could be anybody under it, up to any mischief.
