Though I didn't fight at Agincourt, Olivier' pre-battle speech in Henry V is one of my favourites.  For a measured view of Agincourt see http://www.aginc.net/battle/.

I had recollected that Guns Forever Echo by Kenneth M Ellis covers Agincourt in the context of the rise of the merchant class, particularly the wool merchants of Great Yarmouth, but I find it was Crecy. Nonetheless, I found this link to an account of Crecy from the French side.  Not a nice affair, nor would Agincourt have been,  http://www.chronique.com/Library/Knights/crecy.htm.
