[BITList] Fwd: Severe weather alert as Britain battered by 70mphwinds

We had a couple of windy overnights, and the usual rain.  Across the river there is snow down to about the 900 foot line, as far as I can measure by eye (straight across from us is about 450 feet up).  Much as usual for the time of year.
