He will no doubt employ a very very very big vacuum cleaner that can sook very hard.  I believe Madonna is working on such an idea.

Statistically speaking, an event like the oil spill (funny how it's an oil spill, and not a tragedy affecting at least 11 families) was bound to happen in an inconvenient place at some point. Maybe they should have concentrated on that instead of on things that are the business of other countries.   Take a leaf out of Iceland's book.  Maybe they didn't prepare for a financial disaster, but they are sure as hell prepared for volcanic eruptions which are a sight more dangerous.
