hugh

don't even say that in jest and if ever Alaska's ahmadinejad hears it - watch out!

why are they not considered as "arms" as in right to bear? [2nd amend]?

I smell government conspiracy here! clearly they should be considered as arms - which national rifle association [NRA] member doesn't want his/her own artillery?

come to think of it, there's a very interesting telly program here - "Pawn Stars". It's rather like antiques road show but takes place in a real pawn ship in las vegas.

you can imagine people bring in lots of weapons to pawn or sell. a collector brought in a rare real French 2lbs [about] artillery canon made around 1895 and wanted to sell it.

It looked in excellent condition and they actually test fired it. it worked fine, so they gave him $30k for it.

with this in mind, it may be that some if not all the items you mentioned can be legally owned by the citizen army here.

Mike,

Why do they stop (or do they ?) at assault rifles ? Where do they keep the bazookas and light artillery ? Hand grenades, mustard gas, small nuclear items, and the like ? Thank God for the Atlantic Ocean.

Hugh.
