[BITList] Matt cartoons on UK elections

The first cartoon is very apt, given near riots occurred when hundreds in queues had the doors closed in their faces at 10.00pm sharp as per the rules.  Some had been queueing for hours outside stations with an inadequate number of booths.  At least one station RAN OUT OF VOTING PAPERS.
