[BITList] BI & non traditional BI Ships

[s14engine]

the former P&O vessel Socotra came to BI around 1962.
it was the standard BI C class - but what a pos it was -- sheesh!
only recall the master was eddy joss , 2O was mike beer from the west country, one of the 3O was a young anglo irish lad george beatty. 
CEO was one fat ugly cockney mf who never stopped smoking - ugh.

Having left BI in 61,I am and have been intrigued by the ships that were tranferred, from other group company's, later in that decade and into the 70's. Can anyone remember the ships? Their Captains, and if BI , the dates in which they had commands? Ron Thomas.
