As I hope we all know, this is a load of mendacious bullshit.  The (undoubtedly US) author of it omits any mention of the three asylum seekers who, this month, roped themselves together and jumped from the 15th story of the Glasgow slum they were living in, such was the flood of benefits forced on them.
