So we can expect a pre-emptive strike on London any day now?  My eye was taken by a paragraph : But while in London Abdulmutallab regularly presided over debates that denounced Britain's involvement in the war on terror and America's Guantanamo detention facility.  Miss out the bit about presiding over debates, and you have two subjects commonly discussed in the UK.
