the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the deepwater horizon explosion, etc. .is going on this week in Houston.
personnel from BP, Transocean, Halliburton, etc. are being questioned by a whole slew of lawyers representing a whole slew of principles, including USCG and other government agencies.
