I'll be away from home with little, probably no, access to e-mails from August 5th to 10th, inc, so I'll be unable to respond to anything during that period, therefore rumours of my demise will be exaggerated.  At a wedding recently, a friend was asked, "Who is that man with Janet McIntyre?".  On hearing it was me, she was amazed, I having been dead for a while.  I don't remember noticing.
