Sorry, I left this bit out accidentally.

It is totally unjust that British pensioners living in Canada, South  
Africa, Australia & New Zealand are denied cost of living increases,  
whereas those in "more foreign" countries receive the increases. The  
split is about 40% / 60% - so very significant. If necessary,  
introduce parity gradually over a number of years.
