    Dear all

  I regularly receive an invitation to the P&O/DP Reunion in Sydney -  
this year it is on Thursday 8 October.

  As ex-BI staff, you are part of the P&O Group and therefore entitled  
to attend. First, however, if you are not already on the
  mailing list, you should contact one of the Organizing Committee - I  
suggest Les Brooker - and advise him of your time in BI and the
  ships you were on. He will be able to advise you then if it is OK to  
attend. Charge is $30 this year.

  If you are in Sydney or environs around the 8th October, think on  
this.

  Many of the attendees are of course office wallahs (and wallerettes  
- what is the correct female of wallah?? "Mem-wallah",
  perhaps??) but quite a few BI people have attended in the past. Good  
to keep in touch, face to face, if possible.

  I attach my copy of the invitation letter for your info.
