You can answer “Yes”.  The same applies to a Canadian who retires to  
the UK – his/her pension is uprated in the UK.

That is one of the twists with the reciprocal agreements already in  
place (Australia up to 2001 when Australia terminated the agreement).   
There was not much reciprocity about the agreements.

Australia and Canada uprate pensions for their pensioners anywhere in  
the world but the UK insisted on freezing the pensions of Brits living  
in those 2 countries, etc.
