[BITList] duct tape

I don't understand people who want to go [or even go to the effort/expense of flying] into a wilderness - to kill animals, if there is a probability of animal retaliation!
may be the guy had rolls of duct tape in his emergency kit! - part of the yee-haa culture.
bears shredding ones fuselage might not be an uncommon occurrence in that particular area.

Next time he'll leave some food 100 yards from the plane.  For myself, I'd've abandoned it and hitched a ride home on the plane that brought the duct tape.
