[BITList] Police to be given a 93 page manual on how to ride a bike- Telegraph

[HUGH]

Only 93 pages ??  I once got handed the job of writing the "manual" for the Kincaid Engine Works in Greenock, ie, how the technical/commercial departments were to interface and operate, based on my appraisal of how they did so at that point.  I doubt if it ran to much more than 100 pages.  Possibly I didn't try hard enough.
