[BITList] Odd advert

While looking through a copy I have of the 1905-06 Port Glasgow Directory I note the following oddly worded advert.

MISS McARTHUR'S Luncheon and Tea Rooms, Luxuriously Furnished Smoking Room, and Room for Engineers.

Maybe one of the older members will be able to say what it means.
