Mike,

You couldn't make it up.  This ranks with the American fast food chain, McDonalds, a few years ago trying to sue a Scotsman here for calling his shop McDonald's, that being his name.  I'm seriously thinking of patenting various things, eg, the view from one of our windows (it's a lousy view, but it's mine), Christmas Day, and others too numerous to mention.
