Colin,

Honey is great stuff, and has many uses, but it has its limits.  I've never kept any long enough to check if it doesn't go bad, but it can turn into a sugary mess if kept a fair time.  I can't see the point in keeping the same jar of honey for ages.  Given the range of ailments the website says it cures/alleviates, one would be eating it constantly.
