Ouch, indeed !!! And team building my arse.  More like foolhardy and 
dangerous exhibitionism.  Whenever I read the words "team building" I sigh 
deeply.  I've worked in innumerable "team" situations, and none of the teams 
were ever built, whatever that means in plain English.  Three, four, five 
competent people on the same job is a team - what's to build except the bank 
balances of eejits who market such notions?
