Colin,

A good many years back we were in Tucson, Az, visiting my sister.  We went to a micro-brewery where the beer was served amid all the shiny drums and casks and machinery - a brilliant wee place.  At that time the product was only exported as far as the place itself, but there was a good selection of draught beer, lager and stout.  I hope it's still there.  Outside of that place, it was all lager, lager, lager.
