didn't get anything......................................
however, what a coincidense - i was having a wee dram (or two) of it last night - it's one of my favourites
Apperance: deep amber, red gold (with a slight pink hue)
Nose: medium to high intensity and complexity. dry with a hint of sea air
Tasting note: dry medium bodied and smooth with a clean finish, faintly salty with a slight sherry note
NB - i am only the messenger
on the box is printed this poem by RLS......
A strange and beautiful sight
to see the fleet put out silently against a
rising moon, the sea-line rough as a wood with sails,
and ever and again and one after another,
a boat flitting swiftly by the silver disk.
..........................and i used to live about 20 miles from the Pulteney Distillery, Wick, Caithness.
happy days
