Mike,

Hands up anyone who knows who these people are who are offended by the word "Christmas".  We read a lot about them, but I've yet to meet one. Why don't the purveyors of this tendentious bullshit tell us exactly where the offence lies and what it is.  It should be an offence to be offended on behalf of other people who have expressed no offence.
