the answer to that must be - I wonder if the women children and other
civilians in Afghanistan, Iraq, and now Pakistan, spare a thought about the
civilians blown up by, lets say, suicide bombers?

Another question is, where were the suicide bombers in Iraq Afghanistan or
Pakistan before the west invaded?
