[BITList] control room

Nowadays if the controls are going to be remote from the site its just 
as easy to locate them any where in the world and control them over the 
net, as a couple of company's who had purchased ferries, then thought 
not to pay for them once they had been delivered found out when they 
were shut down from Australia they soon found that paying for them helped
frank
