As predicted I woke this morning refreshed and perused your email. Again I 
agree and I deplore the English now used on the ABC. Once upon a time the 
ABC was a model of correct English but now I squirm every night. I make many 
a mistake but I do try. I remember one time using a double negative in a 
letter I sent to Burmah Oil and getting a bollocking for that. Never mind, 
further down the track Burmah offered me a job
