Colin,

The layout has changed considerably since last I logged on to it a couple of years ago, but it's still as funny.  Recently I was given a copy of the 73rd (alleged!) edition of Our Dumb World, a compendium of Onion insults to every state in the USA in particular and the rest of the world in general - now with 30% more Asia, and containing a free globe and a collectible Flexi-Disc featuring The Smooth Sounds of Cartography, it says on the cover.  "The accumulated wisdom of 73 years, plus information never before acumulated, eg, about Moldova, a country nobody has ever heard of."
 
All evidence there's still sanity out there.

Incidentally, the sections on the Gulf states make no mention whatever of the Gulf Bs.
