A new newsletter facility for members and others interested in all
things BI has been set up to run alongside this BI members' site.  It
will allow for a compendium of news, information, interests, asides
and anything else its editors can think of!!

And it is not subject to Yahoo rules!  The newsletter can be  
downloaded or, in future, can be emailed direct to subscribers (and  
subscription is FREE!).  It is run by BI staff with the full knowledge  
and cooperation of John Prescott at this website.

The first issue is now available online as a downloadable PDF from the
group's files section at:

The newsletter will be an occasional production and in future it will
