A simple FireWire cable will do the job just as well.

Indeed the Apple people have the use of it and the application already  
built in their latest OS.

The FW cable would cost no more than 10 quid at any computer shop.

Even better is the fact that if you're near an Apple Shop they'll do  
the job for you FREE.
