I have no knowledge of the 'Cs'.

The other vessel is definitely one of the three 'Ss".

She appears to have a single lifeboat aft and two rows of 4 lifeboats  
amidships.

I served on the 'Sirdhana'.

The photos has a resolution of only dpi.
